1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the TB777 platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, content and services (collectively, the "Platform"). TB777 is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood this Agreement in full; (b) you accept these terms without reservation; and (c) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the TB777 website at https://tb777.cam, its sub-domains, mobile application and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform.
• "Operator" means the entity that owns, operates and maintains TB777.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, event or market available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive issued by the Operator.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age-verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the Operator determines that access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, to register an Account or place any Wager. TB777 operates a strict no-minors policy. If the Operator has reason to believe that a User is below the required minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately and all deposits returned.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that using this Platform is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering. TB777 reserves the right to block access from Restricted Jurisdictions without notice.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated Accounts.

3.4 Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are not acting on behalf of another person without proper authorisation.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. The Operator may request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. TB777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, TB777 requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence. Proof of payment method and proof of address may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and information purposes only. All use must be in compliance with this Agreement and applicable law. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and refrain from any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs its functionality.

5.2 Device and Connectivity

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software meet the minimum requirements to access the Platform. TB777 is not liable for any loss arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions or third-party service interruptions.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

TB777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information published on the Platform — including odds, game rules, bonus terms and payment details — is accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur. The Operator reserves the right to correct any inaccuracy and, where a material error has affected a Wager or transaction, to void or adjust that transaction accordingly after giving the User reasonable notice.

5.4 Service Availability

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. TB777 will endeavour to communicate planned outages in advance where practicable.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

TB777 supports a range of payment references familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT. Actual availability of any specific method is subject to operator confirmation at the time of your transaction. The mention of these payment names does not imply that they endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and withdrawal thresholds are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. At the time of publication, the indicative minimum deposit is PKR 500 and the indicative minimum withdrawal is PKR 1,000, subject to the Operator's current schedule.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within one to five business days, subject to the payment method selected and any additional compliance checks the Operator is required to conduct. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

6.4 Currency

Where transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), the applicable exchange rate — if a conversion is involved — will be disclosed to you at the point of transaction. TB777 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6.5 Declined Transactions

The Operator reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of this Agreement, or otherwise contrary to applicable law or regulation. You will be notified of any declined transaction and, where permitted, the reason for the decline.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits issued by TB777 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. These requirements are published on the relevant promotional page. Unless stated otherwise, a wagering requirement of 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7.2 One Bonus Per Household

Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times via different Accounts or registration details will be treated as a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonus credit expires after 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless the relevant promotional terms specify a different validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.4 Operator's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

TB777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an Account at the time of withdrawal shall remain subject to the original terms applicable at the time of issue.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activities.
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-Account policy.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, artificial intelligence tools or any software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or interferes with Platform integrity.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical malfunctions in games or software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or Platform staff.
• Attempting to access Accounts belonging to other users without authorisation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or bonus abuse designed to guarantee risk-free profit at the Operator's expense.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and user interface design — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Operator's prior written consent. The TB777 name and visual identity are proprietary marks of the Operator. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TB777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses

The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Responsible Gambling

TB777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session-time controls and self-exclusion tools as standard features on every Account. If you believe your gambling behaviour may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek independent support.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via the platform interface or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by the Operator

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where: (a) you have breached this Agreement; (b) the Operator is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order; (c) the Operator reasonably suspects fraudulent or criminal activity; or (d) you have provided false registration information.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

TB777 does not represent that the Platform or its services comply with the laws of Pakistan, and nothing in this Agreement constitutes a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and risk.

14 Amendments

TB777 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to your registered address at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
